(a) Owners of invisible fence, having dogs will post a notice (sign) in such place as to be noticed when entering the property. Small children entering the property needs to be a consideration when installing an invisible fence. Installation of an invisible fence will require a “No Cost” permit from the City of Heath Zoning Department.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
