505.15 LIABILITY OF OWNER FOR DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The owner, keeper or harborer of any animal which damages or destroys park or public property shall be held liable for the full value of the property damaged or destroyed in addition to any penalty imposed for a violation of this chapter. Further the owner or person having custody of a domestic animal shall be responsible for removal of any animal solid waste.
