783.08 TRANSFER OF PERMIT PROHIBITED.

No Food Truck Permit issued under this chapter shall be transferred or assigned by the named permitee to any other individual or organization, or to any other Food Truck. Should a change in ownership of Food Truck occur at any time, the succeeding owner must comply with the application, inspection, and fee requirements of this chapter.
