(a) Each permit issued under this chapter shall expire on the following schedule:
(1) Daily permits expire at the end of the operating day.
(2) Any monthly permit issued before the 15th day of a month expires at the end of that calendar month. Any monthly permit issued on the 15th day of the month or later shall expire at the end of the following calendar month.
(3) Yearly permits expire the 15th day of March. Any annual permit issued between January 1 and March 15 expires on March 15 of the following year.
(b) Each permitee must comply with the application and inspection requirements of this chapter to receive a new permit for the succeeding permit period.
