Zone 6 is limited to single-family dwellings. The minimum lot size is 14,500 square feet. Sections 1161.01, 1161.02, 1161.03, 1161.04, 1161.05, 1161.06, 1161.07, 1161.08, and 1161.09 all apply to Zone 6.
