(a) Any full time employee, except the dispatchers, who is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement, and who is regularly scheduled to work second shift, shall receive an additional twenty-five cents ($.25) per hour in salary compensation.
(b) Any full time employee, except the dispatchers, who is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement, and who is regularly scheduled to work third shift, shall receive an additional thirty cents ($.30) per hours in salary compensation.
