159.31 GROUP INSURANCE.

The City shall provide life and health insurance with cost sharing as outlined in the City’s collective bargaining agreements with the employees’ unions. Unrepresented full-time employees shall be afforded life and health insurance with cost sharing as outlined in the City’s collective bargaining agreement with Ohio Council 8, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO that is then in effect.
