159.18 REIMBURSEMENT FOR CONFERENCE EXPENSES.
   Any elected or appointed City officer, deputy, assistant or any employee of the City may attend, at the expense of the City, any conference or convention relating to municipal affairs, if authorized by the Mayor, and, if the Auditor certifies that funds are appropriated and available for such purpose, such person shall be reimbursed for his expense so incurred. A request for such allowance shall be made in writing to the Mayor showing the necessity for such attendance and an estimate of the cost thereof to the City. (Ord. 129-94. Passed 10-3-94.)
