(a) The Mayor can grant no more than a one thousand dollar ($1,000) raise within the applicable range within any one calendar year to any one employee who is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement unless such employee changes job classification.
(b) When an employee who is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement is promoted to a classification having a higher pay scale, he shall receive a salary increase to the lowest salary range for said position. (Ord. 129-94. Passed 10-3-94.)
