For purposes of regulating general design standards and prescribing specifications for construction and materials, the rules and regulations of the Service Director, now in effect and as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Chapter 1107 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Heath, Ohio.
