The proposed height restrictions for development or redevelopment would be as described in the following chart, based upon the existing ground elevations:
(a) The Residential Zoning District shall be permitted to have an allowable height of the existing conditions as constructed, with a maximum allowable height for redevelopment, renovations, or additions of 16 feet.
(b) The Business District shall have an allowable height of the existing conditions as constructed, with a maximum allowable height for redevelopment, renovations, or additions of 20 feet.
(c) The Manufacturing District shall have an allowable heigth of the existing conditions as constructed, with a maximum allowable height for redevelopment, renovations or additions of 20 feet.
