1130.02 DESIGNATION CRITERIA.

The specific purposes of the proposed overlay district must be identified and contrasted to the existing base zoning requirements, to delineate clearly the special requirements of the overlay district from the base requirements. Development or redevelopment standards must be delineated and uniformly applied. (Ord. 28-2017. Passed 10-2-17.)
