(a) The Director of Building and Zoning, his designee or any police officer shall revoke any home sale or street sale permit issued pursuant to determining that the permittee has falsified an application for a home sale or street sale permit or has otherwise knowingly violated any of the City’s requirements of the sale or partaken any prohibitions. If revoked, the permittee must clean up the home sale or street sale and take everything associated with the home sale or street sale indoors and return the sale property to normal conditions within 24 hours.
(b) The Director of Building and Zoning may refuse to issue a permit to any person who has previously violated any of the City’s requirements of a home or street sale or partaken any prohibitions. (Ord. 27-2017. Passed 6-5-17.)
