523.07 SALE MERCHANDISE.

No home or street sale shall offer any merchandise for sale that has been purchased, picked from dumpsters or trash cans, or obtained specifically for purposes of resale. Any new merchandise offered for sale shall be prima-facie evidence of merchandise purchased for resale at such home sale. (Ord. 27-2017. Passed 6-5-17.)
