(a) Each home sale permit shall be valid for a period not to exceed five consecutive calendar days and shall be issued only to an adult residing at the location of the sale. In the case of an estate sale, a permit may be issued to the personal representative or adult heir of the decedent.
(b) Each street sale permit shall be valid for not more than two consecutive calendar days and shall be issued only to an adult who lives on the street or who is helping to organize a neighborhood sale.
(c) No permit shall be issued for any one location more than twice in any 365-day period. This includes both home sale permits and participation in street sales. No home sale shall be conducted on any property other than that at which the applicant resides. In the case of a street sale, no sale shall be conducted on any other property than those listed on the street sale permit application. (Ord. 27-2017. Passed 6-5-17.)
