The application for a permit must include the name and residential address of the applicant(s), the address or addresses where the personal property is to be offered for sale, the dates on which the sale shall be conducted and a general description of all the tangible personal property to be included in the sale. During the sale period, the permit must remain posted in a prominent place upon the sale premises. Each person who conducts a home or street sale shall sign the permit and shall be deemed to have constructive knowledge of the City’s requirements and prohibitions pertaining to the sale, as described herein. There are no fees for sale permits.
