(a) The authorized strength of the volunteer Fire Department shall be no more than twenty persons.
(b) Volunteer fire personnel shall be paid up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) annually as a uniform allowance. Payment of this sum may be made either by installments or in a lump sum, as determined by the City Auditor. The rate of payment shall be uniform as to all members, but may be changed from year to year.
(c) Excluded from the definition of volunteer fireman herein, are all full-time or part-time fire personnel for the City of Heath, Ohio, who receive a uniform or uniform allowance pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement in effect for the City of Heath, Ohio.
