The fire personnel, on-scene, will notify fire dispatch before opening the structure’s lock box. Upon entering and investigating the structure, will relay the findings to dispatch. Fire dispatch will follow normal policy of contacting key holders. Once the structure is resecured and the lock box key is in the lock box, dispatch will be notified.
