SECTION 12.06. POWERS, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS.

The provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio regarding selection, promotion, demotion, discipline, and removal of employees within the classified service of the Municipality as provided by Section 12.05 of this Charter, shall be applicable except as may otherwise by provided by ordinances adopted by Council.
