There is hereby adopted, for purposes of prescribing regulations governing development generally, subdivision regulations, congestion prevention regulations, an amended thoroughfare plan, drainage regulations, and sedimentary and erosion control regulations specifically, including all amendments and updates thereto, except those portions deleted, modified, or amended by other sections of this chapter, the Development Regulations recommended by the Mayor’s Task Force for Community Development as proposed and amended on October 29, 2004, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the City of Heath.
