1101.05 JURISDICTION.

These Regulations shall apply to all subdivisions hereinafter made of lands located in the incorporated area of Heath, Ohio, and within a three-mile perimeter unincorporated area immediately surrounding the corporate limits of Heath, all in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 711.09.
