It shall be unlawful for any person in any park, recreational area or trail/paths to:
(a) Drive any vehicle on any area except driveways, roads or designated parking areas without permission from Parks Department.
(b) Park any vehicle on any area except driveways, roads or designated parking areas without permission from Parks Department.
(c) Permit a vehicle to be parked on or in the driveways, roads or parking areas so as to create an obstruction for other vehicular or pedestrian travel.
(d) Operate a vehicle at a rate of speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.
(e) Operate a vehicle in such a manner that the vehicle is so rapidly accelerated or started from a stopped position that the exhaust system emits a loud noise unusual to its normal operation, the rubber tires of such vehicle squeal or leave rubber tire marks on the roadway, or debris or gravel is thrown by the tires.
(f) With the exception for wheelchairs, operate an unlicensed motorized vehicle as per Section 375.03.
(g) Build a fire except in established fireplaces/grills or in portable units brought in or set up for the purpose of fireplaces/grills or broilers.
(h) Place or leave any rubbish, garbage, refuse or debris of any nature except within designated receptacles provided by the City.
(i) Throw or deposit any type of debris or waste material on or along any City park roadway or park area.
(j) Hunt, molest, frighten, kill, trap, pursue, chase, tease, shoot, or throw missile at any animals, wildlife, reptile, fish or bird other than as authorized by permit issued by the Park Department.
(k) Remove the picnic tables from shelter house and parks or recreation areas without permission from Parks Department.
(l) Be in the park and recreation areas other than the poster hours without permission from the Parks Department. See Section 951.04.
(m) Camp in the parks/recreation areas except by permit issued by the Parks Department.
(n) Picking or destruction of vegetation.
