(a) The following rates for use of the Heath Community Park ball diamonds are hereby established:
Ball Field Rental
Weekdays (Monday through Friday) | $4.00 per hour per field. |
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) | 5.00 per hour per field. |
League Package Rental
One day per week per field (from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) | $125.00 |
(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized to establish and charge fees for softball leagues and tournaments or may designate the establishing and charging of league and tournament fees to the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation for the City.
