937.15 OTHER FEES AND CHARGES.

The Utilities Director may collect other fees for items such as permit application, notice of intent, PTI review, industrial user monitoring or as are ordained by City Council. Such fees shall be clearly stated on permit application forms, notice of intent forms, or other forms, and shall be submitted with the permit application, notice of intent, or other form.
