913.06 ENTRY OF COSTS ON COUNTY TAX DUPLICATE.

Upon receipt of the report, under the provisions of Section 913.05 and approval thereof by Council, the Clerk of Council shall make a return in writing to the Auditor of Licking County of such charges which shall be entered upon the tax duplicate of the County, all in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.54.
