913.01 DEFINED.
   As used in this chapter, the term “noxious or poisonous weeds” includes Canada thistles, milkweed, wild carrots, oxeye daises, ragweed, goldenrod, burdock, poison ivy, lawn grass or field grass in residentially zoned areas and areas within 50 feet of a residence in non-residential areas. Also, nonresidential areas need to keep the grass cut along the public roads twenty-five feet from the edge of the pavement.
