905.03 CURB CUTS.
   (a)    No person shall cut any existing curb other than as provided herein. All curb cuts shall be made under the direction of the Streets Superintendent, the Chief of the Division of Building and Zoning, or an authorized representative of either of them.
   (b)    Any person desiring to cut a depression or opening in any curb for facilitating ingress and egress from streets or for any other purpose shall file an application with the Zoning Department. Such application shall contain the specific location, length and depth of such cut from the top of the curb, and the purpose of such cut or depression, and shall be done according to plans and specifications, adopted as authorized by Section 905.01 of the Codified Ordinances, on file at the Municipal Building.
   (c)    The fee for cutting curbs shall be as established by the City from time to time. Fees shall be tendered and paid at the time of filing the application. In the event an application is rejected, any fees tendered shall be returned to the applicant within ten days after the date of rejection. (Ord. 20-2016. Passed 6-20-16.)
