SECTION 4.03. STYLE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.

Each ordinance shall contain an enacting clause as follows: "Be It Ordained By The Council Of The City of Health, State of Ohio", and each resolution shall contain an enacting clause as following: "Be It Resolved By The Council of The City of Heath, State of Ohio".
