The third False Alarm Notification shall result in a Notice of Suspension of Permit to remain effective until such time as:
(a) Permit holder has responded by acknowledging the suspension in writing as directed by the chief, and
(b) Permit holder has taken action to remedy cause(s) of false alarm and reported as directed by the Chief and, the service company submits a letter of repair on inspection to the chief.
(c) The Chief has issued a Removal of Suspension of Permit.
