771.09 DIRECT ALARM REPORTING; AUTOMATIC ALARM NOTIFICATIONS.
   A permit holder or person in control of an alarm site, other than an alarm system in a financial institution, whose alarm system transmits automatic alarm notifications directly to the communications center of the Police Department shall:
   (a)   Transmit the alarm in the form and with the content specified by the Chief, and
   (b)   Insure that any recorded message is intelligible, and
   (c)   If transmitted over telephone lines, insure that only the special trunklines or other communication facilities designated by the Chief are used.
