§ 157.022 HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS.
   The height regulations contained in this chapter apply to buildings and portions of buildings occupied regularly by human beings. Unless otherwise provided, they do not apply to structures or portions of buildings such as radio towers, silos, and flag poles, which are not regularly occupied by human beings except for maintenance. The Board of Zoning Adjustment shall interpret whether the height regulations apply whenever there is doubt.
