Any subdivider, County Court Clerk, public official, or other person who does not comply with the zoning code, KRS Chapter 100, this chapter, or the conditions set forth by the Planning Commission may, in addition to the penalty set forth in § 155.99, be subject to the following action:
(A) The Planning Commission may apply for an injunction against any type of subdivision construction by a subdivider or a landowner.
(B) The Planning Commission may direct the Administrative Officer not to issue building permits in the subdivision in question.
