(A) The city hereby adopts the Hazard Land Use and Transportation Plan, and any subsequent amendments thereto are hereby adopted by reference. The plan is made a part of this section and has been approved by the Planning Commission after holding a public hearing and as recommended to the Board of Commissioners for passage.

(B) A copy of this plan shall be maintained in the office of the City Manager or other authorized city official where it shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
