§ 74.02 PARKING OF TRUCKS EXCEEDING WEIGHT LIMIT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any truck or other vehicle whose payload capacity exceeds 20 tons on any street in the city within an area designated as a residential area by the zoning code of the city.
   (B)   No person who temporarily stops such a vehicle within a residential area in the city for the purpose of loading or unloading goods, materials, or other items, including, but not limited to, moving vans, commercial carriers, and delivery vehicles of business establishments, shall be deemed to have violated this section by such activity.
