§ 73.10 TAMPERING WITH METERS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to open, or attempt to open or tamper with any parking meter installed under the terms of this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully destroy, deface, break, injure, or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the terms of this chapter.
