When parking spaces are indicated by painted lines upon the surface of the street in the parking meter zones, hereby established, and when parking meters are installed adjacent to and adjoining those respective parking spaces, no vehicle shall remain parked within any parking space for longer than 120 minutes at any one time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
