(A) Any vehicle parked in any parking space within the parking zone hereby established, shall be parked with the hood or front of same alongside or next to the parking meter adjacent to that parking space and shall be parked within the lines marked on the street for that parking space as provided hereinafter.
(B) The city shall place and maintain painted lines or marks on the curb and on the street to designate the parking space for which each parking meter is to be used and every vehicle parked alongside of or adjacent to any parking meter shall park within the lines or marks so established. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle across any line or mark, or to park any vehicle in such a way that the same shall not be within the area so designated by the line or marks.
