§ 53.11 WASTEWATER CONTROL BOARD.
   (A)   Members. The membership of the Wastewater Control Board shall consist of the following:
      (1)   The City Manager or Assistant City Manager.
      (2)   The City Engineer.
      (3)   Three members at large appointed by the Mayor.
   (B)   Term of office.
      (1)   The City Manager or Assistant City Manager and City Engineer shall serve concurrently with their respective positions with the city.
      (2)   Members at large shall serve for a maximum period of two years unless reappointed by the Mayor.
