(A) The Personnel Policies and Procedures Classification, prepared by the Bureau of Government Services, College of Business and Economics, University of Kentucky, and all amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by the city as if fully set forth herein.

(B) A copy of the personnel policies and procedures adopted in division (A) of this section shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection during normal office hours.
