   30.01   Form of government
   30.02   Governing officers
§ 30.01 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   The form of government provided for this city shall be known as the "City Manager Plan."
(KRS 83A.150(1))
§ 30.02 GOVERNING OFFICERS.
   (A)   The legislative body shall be composed of the Mayor and four Commissioners, and shall be known as the Board of Commissioners. All legislative and executive authority of the city shall be vested in and exercised by the Board.
   (B)   The Board shall appoint the City Manager by a majority vote of all its members. The City Manager shall be the chief administrative officer and exercise those executive powers and duties delegated to him by ordinance and statute.
