4-2-5: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this chapter shall be subject to civil penalties, including a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day. (Ord. 196, 4-5-1990)
