When staff review of the final plat application is completed and all required terms and conditions are satisfied, and all required fees, payment in lieu of improvements, and surety have been paid, staff may forward the final plat to the City Clerk with staff's recommendation that it be scheduled for City Council review. The City Clerk shall place the request for plat approval on the next available City Council agenda. The Council shall review the subdivision and plat and, upon finding that all of the requirements have been satisfied, shall authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign the plat.
