A. Final Plat Preliminary Approval: Upon review and approval of the construction plans, and prior to submission of the final plat to the County for review and approval, three (3) copies of the final plat shall be submitted to the City for review by the City Engineer to determine that the plat meets all of the requirements of the Idaho Code, this title and the subdivision plan approval, including any conditions imposed by the City Council. B. Application For Final Plat Approval: Upon completion of the County review process, the developer may request final plat approval by the City. The City shall verify that all required on site and off site public improvements have been completed and are ready for acceptance by the City or have been suitably guaranteed; and, that all private improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved construction plans. No final plat shall be recorded until a certificate of approval has been issued pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1326 so that sanitary restrictions are not in place at the time of recording. The application shall include one reproducible eleven inch by seventeen inch (11" x 17") reduced copy of the final plat, as approved by the County, any payment in lieu of improvements, and surety where required.
