11-8-4: PUBLIC HEARING BY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
As soon as is practical following the filing of the application and prior to granting a variance, at least one public hearing in which interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard shall be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission in accordance with 11-1-6 of this title.
