10-2-4: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter shall apply to any trees and shrubs located in public rights of way and on public property as well as to those trees and shrubs located on private property that have been declared to be a public nuisance under section 10-2-12 of this chapter. (Ord. 332, 12-16-2002)
