The duties and authority of the building code board of appeals shall include, but are not limited to: (Ord. 420, 6-13-2006)
A. To hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the building official of the city of Hayden in accordance with operative provisions of the international building code, international residential code, international mechanical code, uniform code for the abatement of dangerous buildings, international energy code, and any other building codes adopted by the city of Hayden. The building code board of appeals shall have no authority regarding interpretation of the administrative provisions of these codes nor shall the board be empowered to waive requirements of the codes. B. To adopt rules and procedures for conducting its business.
C. To render all decisions and findings in writing to the appellant, with a duplicate copy to the building official. (Ord. 420, 6-13-2006)
