9-6-4: RESTRICTIONS:
The following restrictions shall apply to the demolition of a structure:
   A.   All demolition waste or waste resulting from a structure being moved shall be removed from the site promptly and the site filled and leveled. Upon receipt of notice from the city that the waste shall be removed and the site leveled and filled by a date certain, the permittee shall comply with the requirements of such notice.
   B.   No demolition waste or waste resulting from a structure being moved shall be placed, dropped or spilled in the public right of way during the demolition or the hauling of the waste.
   C.   The routes for hauling demolition waste or the structure being moved shall be limited to those specified in the permit.
   D.   No demolition or move of a structure shall be done until the utilities are disconnected and the city sewer service is properly capped.
   E.   All demolition waste or waste resulting from a structure being moved shall be properly disposed of in accordance with state and federal regulations.
   F.   Any structure being moved to a new location within the city limits shall be placed upon a permanent foundation within thirty (30) days from the date the building is placed on the site and shall meet all applicable local, state and federal codes. (Ord. 390, 7-12-2005)
