2-6-4: QUALIFICATIONS:

Members of the building code board of appeals shall be qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters relating to building construction. Members of the board shall not be employees of the city of Hayden. The building official of the city shall provide information for the board as requested and shall have no vote thereon.
