This chapter provides for an automatic annual adjustment to the impact fee based on the constructions materials index for Seattle. The adjustment may increase or decrease the impact fee depending on the value of the index for that year. The annual effective date of this fee adjustment shall coincide with the beginning date of the city's annual budget. (Ord. 412, 3-14-2006)
