A. The site and utility facilities, including all landscaping, fencing and related transmission equipment must be maintained at all times in a neat and clean manner and in accordance with all approved plans.
B. All graffiti on utility facilities must be removed at the sole expense of the permittee after notification by the City to the owner/operator. The graffiti must be removed within fourteen (14) days after notification by the City.
C. All camouflage materials (to include paint, artist wraps, etc.) must be maintained at all times in a neat and clean manner and in accordance with all approved plans. (Ord. 596, 5-24-2019)
